Walkabout Treasure

The greatest treasure would be...

If cultures were regarded as a collection of precious stones;

If dialects were sought to be learned universally as forms of gold;

If beliefs were respected lockets to hold;

If moral values were polished gems;

If liberty were an unbreakable chest;

If inalienable rights were the lock on that chest;

Perhaps this treasure would be safe?!
